Crash games: the format that changed lobbies
One curve, everyone watching, one decision — cash out or ride. VerseGame runs crash as a shared live experience, not a single-player animation.
Why crash works
A crash game shows a multiplier growing from 1× until it "crashes" at a hidden point. Players bet before the round, then choose when to cash out; the payout is stake × multiplier at that moment. The mechanic is legible in five seconds, produces genuine tension every round, and — critically — is social: everyone watches the same curve and sees each other's cash-outs.
Shared rounds are the hard part
Anyone can animate a curve. Running a shared round — hundreds of players, one authoritative multiplier, instant cash-outs at the exact displayed value — requires a real-time engine. VerseGame rounds tick over a persistent WebSocket gateway; there is no HTTP polling, so a cash-out lands at the multiplier the player saw, not the one from half a second ago.
Two crash titles, one engine
- Aviator — the flagship: the plane climbs, dual bet slots, auto cash-out, live bet board.
- Cricket — the same engine wearing a sport your cricket-market players already love. Fully independent rounds, seeds and RTP profile.
Fair by construction
Every crash point derives from a server seed committed (as a SHA-256 hash) before betting opens and revealed after settlement — see provably fair.
